This very well presented and versatile house was built by the current owner in the 1980s and has been a much loved home during the last 35 years. It offers lovely light and well laid out accommodation with the flexibility to have a ground floor bedroom and sitting room with its own access. The modern kitchen is well fitted with a good range of units and cupboards, a Bosch oven and grill, 4 ring halogen hob and built in AEG dishwasher. The utility room has plenty of room for storage, washing machine and tumble dryer and houses the gas fired boiler. Sliding doors open to the garden. Also on this floor is another large sitting room, a double bedroom and a contemporary en-suite shower room affording superb accommodation for a dependent relative, teenager etc. The bedrooms on the first floor are all doubles and are accessed off a large landing with provides an ideal study area with a large storage cupboard and an airing cupboard. Two of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and there is also a family bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. The property has a good deal of natural light throughout with over 1800sqft of immaculate living space.
