The property benefits from air conditioning including the self-contained accommodation above the garage.

The triple aspect drawing room has a large brick fireplace with a wood burning stove, built in display cabinets and two sets of French windows out into the garden. At the heart of the house is the striking open plan kitchen/dining/family room which has an open aspect overlooking the garden and paddocks with full height oak framed windows on three sides with built in electronic blinds and two sets of French windows onto the terrace. The state of the art Warendorf (German) kitchen has an excellent range of built in units under Corian work surfaces and Miele integrated appliances including a 5 ring convection hob, two dishwashers, steam oven, two electric ovens, two plate warming drawers, two warming ovens as well as a Liebherr wine fridge and a tap with both boiling water and chilled water. Completing the downstairs accommodation is a playroom, useful boot room with plenty of storage cupboards, a utility room, boiler room and a cloakroom.

On the first floor the main bedroom enjoys views over the garden and paddocks and has a dressing room with a range of built in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a separate shower cubicle. The dual aspect second bedroom has a good range of cupboards and an en suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle. There are a further four double bedrooms, two with en suite shower rooms and a family shower room.

Overall, Frayle House is an exceptional family house and an early viewing is highly recommended.

The garden has been attractively landscaped with a large flagstone terrace outside the kitchen/dining/family room with a pathway to the front door flanked by hedging. The lawn which surrounds the house on three sides, is bordered by well stocked flower beds with numerous mature shrubs, plants and trees. A pathway leads round the house to the rear where there are steps leading up to a further area of lawned garden.

Equestrian facilities Within the stable yard are three stables, a tack room and a hay store all with power, light and water and specific parking for a horse lorry, with a power point.
