Tenure: Land is offered for sale with vacant possession upon completion. The entire farm is currently let on a 1-Year Farm Business Tenancy which terminates on 28th September 2023.

Chatteris is a market town with regional level commercial, retail, leisure and educational facilities. A wider range of facilities are available in Ely (13½ miles), Peterborough (19 miles) and Cambridge 23½ miles). Peterborough and Cambridge both have main line train services to London Kings Cross with journey times taking approximately 50-55 minutes.
