The annexe at Beverley House is approached via a shared gated driveway. There is an attached garage.

The property is situated within the vibrant market town of Chagford, just moments from a wide range of local amenities including a range of shops, a delicatessen, ironmongers, wine merchant, art gallery, a small supermarket with banking and postal facilities, and a number of boutiques. The village has an OFSTED-rated good primary school, St. Michael’s Church, health and dental centres and excellent sports facilities. In 2015, the town was named by The Sunday Times as the best place to live in Britain’s countryside. The award-winning Gidleigh Park Hotel is just over two miles away and Bovey Castle, three miles away, has a championship golf course and superb spa facilities.

Okehampton, approximately 12 miles away, has more extensive shopping facilities, including a Waitrose supermarket, a large sports centre and park, and Okehampton College, which is rated ‘outstanding’. The cathedral city of Exeter, approximately 21 miles away, is the most thriving town in the South West. The city offers a wealth of cultural activities with the theatre, the museum, arts centre and a variety of good shopping including John Lewis, Waitrose and many restaurants. A number of good primary and secondary schools can be found in Exeter including Exeter School and The Maynard School, whilst Exeter University is recognised as one of the best universities in the country.

Communication links in the area are excellent. The M5 motorway at Exeter provides links to Bristol, London and the north. The A38 to Plymouth is just south of Chagford and the A30 is 5 miles away; both providing fast routes into South Devon, North Devon and Cornwall. There are regular rail services to London Paddington from Exeter St. David’s with some journeys taking as little as just over two hours. Exeter International Airport provides an ever increasing number of domestic and international flights, including daily flights to London City Airport.

From Exeter, head north-west on the A30 for approximately 14 miles, then take the A382 exit towards Moretonhampstead. Continue onto Exeter Road (A382), and after half a mile take the first exit from the roundabout onto the A382. Continue for approximately 1.6 miles then turn right and proceed for a further approximate 1.6 miles. Turn left onto Mill Street. Take a sharp right onto Manor Road and the entrance gate is found shortly afterwards on the right hand side.
