Directions

Leave Strutt and Parker’s Lewes branch and take the A27 and A259 to Bexhill. Once you reach Bexhill’s centre, turn left onto the A2690 and drive on for approximately 5.5 miles. At the roundabout opposite Beauport Holiday Park, take the second exit to join The Ridge W (A2100). Shortly after, turn left onto Maplehurst Road and then take the next right to join Westfield Lane (A28). Stay on the A28 for 5 miles until you reach Broad Oak. Turn right onto Udimore Road (B2089) and continue for another 6 miles. Enter Rye and follow the road around passed the station before turning left onto Cinque Ports Street. Go straight over the roundabout and then take a lefthand turn onto Rye Road. Take the next right onto Military Road. The property will be on the right.
