Old Barton House is a delightful Grade II* Listed home set in 1.9 acres within the popular Exe Valley. The property comprises a spacious house, currently used as two dwellings, with two further cottages and considerable barns and stables, all arranged in a courtyard layout.

There are also two sets of stairs for this floor.

Further accommodation is then provided by the North Wing which is currently let on an AST. This two bedroom cottage could also easily form part of the main house to provide more space if needed.

Netherexe Barn West is entered via a striking glass and timber-framed door leading to the reception hall. It contains an appealing sitting room, a well-arranged kitchen/breakfast room with access via double doors to the garden, a cloakroom and a utility room. The gardens for Netherexe Barn West are situated off the kitchen and are formed of a large terrace and a lawned area. This barn has the benefit of several useful outbuildings, including the store and the stables. There is also an area for parking several cars.

Netherexe Barn East is attached to Netherexe Barn West and has a kitchen, a sitting room with double doors onto the gardens and two bedrooms above, both having use of the family bathroom. This cottage is also currently let on an AST and is in need of updating.
