Directions

From Horsham, take the A281/Bishopric away from the town centre and turn onto the A24 slip road heading towards Worthing and Southwater. At the next roundabout, take the third exit onto the A264 and at the next roundabout, take the first exit to stay on the A264. After three quarters of a mile, at the next roundabout, take the second exit onto the A281 towards Guildford, and then at the following two roundabouts, take the first exit to continue onto the A281. After a further three quarters of a mile, turn left onto Nowhurst Lane, and follow the lane for half a mile almost to the end, where you find the property - a large white farmhouse with double 5-bar gates and a flag of West Sussex in the rose garden.
