Harbour Rise is a hidden gem, very privately situated in the heart of the town, only a moment from the beach and with superb sea views. Situation

Harbour Rise is located in the very heart of the popular seaside town of Broadstairs. It is accessed from Pier Approach on foot, or Fort Road by car and the popular Viking Bay beach is just 30 seconds away. The town offers a good range of amenities together with those found at the Westwood Cross Shopping Centre (2.5 miles). Further leisure, cultural and educational facilities can be found in the harbour town of Ramsgate and in Canterbury.

The High Speed rail service to London St Pancras runs direct from Broadstairs with journey times from 80 minutes), and the nearby A299 Thanet Way gives good access to the motorway network. In addition, new investment in the High Speed One railway line will result in Broadstairs seeing a significant improvement in journey times to London in the next few years, with projected peak hour journey times of about 68 minutes. There are frequent services to the Continent from Dover, Ramsgate and Folkestone, and the Eurostar service is available from Ashford International.

Directions

From Broadstairs High Street, proceed towards the sea to the end of the street and turn left onto Albion Street. Follow this road then as it curves left take a right turn into Harbour Street. The pedestrian entrance via Pier Approach will be found towards the end of Harbour Street, just before the Broadstairs Harbour car park.
