Directions

From the Fisbourne (Tesco) roundabout to the south of Chichester, exit towards Bosham on the A259. Continue through Fishbourne, passing Hillier Garden Centre on the left and then take the left hand turning into Walton Lane. From Walton Lane take the left hand turning into Taylors Lane and follow for approx. 1 mile. Take the right hand turning into Hoe Lane and then turn right onto Smugglers Lane where the property will be found on the left hand side.
