Directions

From Exeter, take the A30 towards Honiton and leave at the exit for the A35, signposted for Poole, Dorchester and Honiton. Follow the A35 for 14 miles, at the roundabout approaching Charmouth, take the second exit to stay on the A35. After a further mile and a quarter, turn right onto Berne Lane, and then after half a mile, turn right onto Green Pit Knapp. After half a mile, turn right between the two stone pillars, and the property will be on the left-hand side.
