From the M20 leave at Junction 7 and follow signs to Maidstone. At the Chiltern Hundreds roundabout take the second turn to Penenden Heath. At the mini roundabout turn right to Boxley. On entering the village take the first right turn into a private road. The entrance gates to the house are on the left after about 100 metres.
