A wonderful family home in a popular South Warwickshire village.
The Stone House is an attractive property in the heart of the popular village of Tredington. The property is situated opposite St. Gregory's Church, almost certainly established before the 10th Century. On the ground floor, is a large staircase hallway sitting centrally within the property. To the right is a good sized dining room with wood flooring and a beautiful view toward the picturesque church. To the rear of The Stone House is a large sitting room with a wood burning stove. This leads onto the conservatory overlooking the garden. From the hallway left, is a claoakroom with boot and coat storage and the kitchen/ breakfast room. There is a sizeable utility/pantry and further access to the garden. On the first floor is a spacious landing with good storage, including a large airing cupboard. The principal bedroom has a dual aspect and leads through to a dressing room with fitted wardrobes and onto the en suite shower room. The other side of the property provides a large double bedroom with access to the bathroom, also used as the family bathroom. Bedroom three has a secondary room currently used as a study which could easily be a dressing room or converted back to a bathroom as used previously. The front of the property opens onto a paved driveway with parking for numerous cars. There is a double garage with access to an integral store/workshop.
From the drive, there is a side gate accessing the garden. The garden is mainly laid to lawn with shrubbery planting and a mature tree. There is a west facing paved area accessed from the conservatory, sitting room and breakfast area.

From Moreton-in-Marsh take the A429 Fosseway north for 7 miles. Take the right hand turn signposted to Tredington. After 0.6 miles, at the T junction, turn right and immediately left to enter the village. The Stone House can be found on your left opposite the church.
