A striking, newly re-modelled and significantly extended house in this desirable village setting in the Candover Valley. Imaginatively designed, the under floor heated open plan living space is exceptional with sliding doors across the back of the house enabling a strong interaction between inside and outside. There's plenty of space for sitting, dining and in the 'Handmade' fitted kitchen which features a good selection of bespoke cabinetry and integrated appliances, culinary activities. A separate sitting room offers versatility for those requiring separation too and there is a cloakroom and utility room. There is an abundance of light delivered by the open plan lifestyle and the mass of sliding glass panels.

The principal bedroom suite benefits from significant natural light and again is generously proportioned and features a stylish shower room with extra large walk in shower. Two further bedrooms and a very well fitted family bathroom completes the first floor accommodation.

Accessible from space-saving paddle stairs, there is a further bedroom and a snug created out of the loft space.

Outside

On approach there is off street parking for at least four cars and then a raised paved terrace for late afternoon and evening light in particular. To the back of the house, a creatively designed garden has a lower paved terrace and then railway sleeper steps leading up to the upper level where there is a lawn, pathway and various appealing shrubs and plants. There is a garden studio/office with sundeck and is served by electricity, water and drainage.
