Country House with extensive outbuildings
Condicup House is approached off a country lane through a pair of electrified wooden gates which open onto a gravel drive which leads to the front of the house. The property is beautifully presented having recently undergone a significant refurbishment. Full of character, the property has an excellent balance of well proportioned accommodation with a variety of different floorings including parquet, stone and brick. The front door opens into the entrance hall off which are the principal reception rooms. These include a study and snug at the front of the house. At the back of the hall, a door opens into the drawing room with French doors to the garden and a fireplace with a wood burning stove. Adjoining is the vaulted barn room, also with wood burning stove and doors into the garden. To the rear of the house is the fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room with central island unit and a Smeg gas range.
Accessed from both the hall and the kitchen/breakfast room is a boot room/utility room with back door and a cloakroom with plumbing for a washing machine and tumble dryer. From the hall, stairs rise to the first floor landing off which is the principal bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk in clothes closet. There are four further bedrooms, one of which is en suite and a family bathroom.
This property has 2.75 acres of land.
