Directions

(OX29 9PG) From the centre of the village of Leafield turn down Witney Lane, by the Church, and follow it out of the village taking the left folk, the house is on your left after about a quarter of a mile. From Oxford head west on the A40, leave the A40 at the first Witney exit, Cogges, on the B4022. At the double mini roundabout proceed straight on (left and first right) signed Charlbury (still on the B4022) after a few hundred yards, at the next mini roundabout proceed straight on towards Crawley, in the village of Crawley turn right and then left, past the Lamb Inn (Leafield Road). Continue on this road for about 1.5 miles and then turn right on a single track road, signed Orchard Farm, continue down this lane for about 0.75 miles, where the house can be found on the right hand side.
