Situation

Directions

The best turning off the A38 is A384 to Dartington /Totnes; at Totnes traffic lights turn right onto A381 towards Dartmouth. Just before Dartmouth take the A379 towards Kingsbridge. When travelling along Slapton Sands line, take the Slapton village right turn. In Slapton follow signs to Village Hall, pass it, then turn left into "Private Road"; up the lane , Higher Ley is first right.
