Welcome to the second issue of &Aberdeenshire

Our estate agency services started in Banchory from humble beginnings in 1995. Initially selling a few crofts in the Newburgh area, we are now the agent of choice for most traditional rural houses in the northeast of Scotland.

Our current property portfolio ranges from a Palladian mansion house near Laurencekirk, to an Edwardian home at a prestigious address in the village of Aboyne. We also have a prime stretch of salmon fishing on the River Dee, a 664-acre farm in the heart of Aberdeenshire and a wealth of manses and estate cottages.

Aberdeen has been voted Scotland’s best city to live and work in, and we use local and national advertising in order to promote its virtues. Property prices range from £150,000 for a one-bedroom flat in Aberdeen city centre to £1.2 million-plus for country houses.

Head of Estate Agency, Banchory
