I am delighted to welcome you to the second edition of &Cambridge. The past year has been eventful, not only for us here at Strutt & Parker, but also for our clients.

Over that time, the Cambridge property market has received a lot of media coverage, with headlines referring to a housing bubble, exceptional growth in the market and the ‘Magic Triangle’ of Oxford, Cambridge and London. This confirms my strong belief that we are living in one of the best cities in the UK.

Since opening our new office in 2013, we have managed to exceed expectations. I am pleased to announce the launch of our new lettings department, and to welcome Harriett Hustler and Sarah Webb to the team here in Cambridge. We are now well equipped to help more people realise their aspirations, whether buying or renting.

Having achieved these results in only our first year is testament to the hard work of the team and the support of the local community. It is one that we love being involved with and we are proud to be the Corporate Ambassador for Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust.

To all those who have supported us through the year – thank you. I hope you will give us the opportunity to demonstrate what we can offer in the future – it’s the difference between mainstream and streamlined – and that we will have many more of you to thank this time next year.
