However, as the appeal of the area has increased, so has the breadth of property that we sell. We are equally happy selling a quaint fisherman’s cottage in Deal as we are an ultra contemporary country home, while also handling the lovely weatherboarded farmhouses that Kent is so well known for. We are very proud of our brand and believe that this has the opportunity of adding value to any of the houses we handle.
We often say to potential clients that we don’t sell houses, we sell lifestyles. Our job is all about people, not houses. We are the lucky ones in the middle of the transaction who put buyers and sellers together, to form a partnership that ends in all parties being happy.
Like many of England’s greatest country towns, Canterbury is dominated by its thriving agricultural community. It is no more than a large market town, but happens to have the Mother Church of England in its backyard. The heritage and culture this brings to the town is unique and we are privileged to be part of it.
We are also only 57 minutes by high-speed train to London – amazing when less than three years ago, the average journey was 100 minutes.
We continually test ourselves to check we are in tune with market trends and conditions. In doing so, we are able to offer creative, intelligent solutions to suit the needs of buyers and sellers.
