  • Take-up by prelets in Q2 made up 17% of the total.
  • The largest prelet of the quarter was to WeWork at Two Southbank Place, SE1 acquiring 280,000 sq ft.
  • The most active market is City Core with 7.98m sq ft under construction, in 40 schemes. The West End has 1.70m sq ft under construction, in 33 schemes.
