Our offi ce handles some of the most stunning houses for sale in East and West Sussex. We are responsible for the sale and letting of a wide variety of properties, including barn conversions and charming cottages, as well as large country houses. We’re also the oldest independent national partnership in Lewes, celebrating our 80th birthday this year.

There are several core regions for us. They include the downland villages between Lewes and Eastbourne, the area between Lewes and the coast, and properties to the north of Lewes, which appeal to commuters. With London being just over one hour away by train, this area is an attractive option. For travel further afi eld, Gatwick Airport is only 33 miles away, while cross-channel ferries depart from Newhaven, just nine miles from Lewes.

In addition to residential sales, our office is also home to teams that handle land management, residential and commercial leasehold management, lease extensions, building surveying, architecture, planning, development and taxation.

The Lewes offi ce has the unique ability to provide advice on all aspects of property, a service that no other fi rm in Lewes can provide. We pride ourselves on consistently reaching and exceeding our clients’ expectations.
