Strutt & Parker has been in St Albans for almost 30 years, providing a professional and experienced service to the local community.

So, if clients want to consider a slightly different type of sale – such as gaining planning for their house or land, or, indeed, splitting their property for sale, we are able to help them with organising the project.

St Albans is a wonderfully multicultural and diverse city. It has everything you need, from shops and stylish boutiques to restaurants and bars. There are also excellent sporting and recreational facilities, as well as concert venues such as the Alban Arena. All this, plus great countryside and a train service that takes just 19 minutes to get to London St Pancras – there’s hardly enough time to have a coffee.

St Albans is also well connected for road users. The M1 and M25 link the city with other centres of commerce, making it an excellent choice for commuters. And with Luton airport only half an hour away, it’s also handy for travelling further afield.
