The Estates & Farms Collection

The Estates & Farms Collection

Q4 2017

Welcome to Strutt & Parker’s Estates & Farms Collection. Despite uncertainties around Brexit and other challenges facing the economy, farmland has always been a sought after commodity in the UK, from sporting estates in Scotland to dairy farms in Devon. As someone once said, they don’t make it anymore.

At Strutt & Parker, we are extremely privileged to be involved in the sale and purchase of a wide range of estates and farms throughout the UK. Even with the challenges in the market over the last decade, we have retained our position as one of the market leaders and we have continued to grow our market share.

One of our advantages is our other departments, with whom we work very closely. From the Farming Department, our Planning Department or our Rural Consultancy teams, as well as our Estate Agents, our spread of offices throughout the UK allows us to provide the very best service. This has been enhanced by our recent merger with BNP Paribas Real Estate, which further strengthens our client offering across the rural, residential and commercial sectors in the UK and in Europe.

Not only that but, as the exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, we have a truly unparalleled advantage, with access to over 45 countries and 32,000 agents.

The ability to advise on all aspects of an estate or farm and ensure that we maximise its potential, is at the very heart of what we do and I hope you enjoy taking a look at some of the estates and farms which are currently on the market and those that we have recently sold. This is a cross section of the many farms and estates we sell and we would be delighted to discuss our wider selection, including our private portfolio, with you.

We have an exceptional Estates & Farm Agency team who are purely focused on the purchase, sale and valuation of estates, farms and farmland and we look forward to helping you in any way we can.
