We can assist with appointing key duty holders and, where appropriate, act as Lead Designer or Architect, Contract Administrator, or Employer’s Agent. We can also assist with appointing a Principal Designer under both CDM 2015 and UK Building Regulations to plan, manage, and monitor design compliance, and help you meet statutory obligations.

Contract administration

Contract administration manages the building contract during construction to ensure the build progresses as agreed, including building works, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Our specialists provide contract administration under appropriate standard suites, including JCT contracts, to protect your commercial interests throughout the project. We can manage change and variation control, evaluate contractor claims for extensions of time to keep projects on track, analyse and validate financial claims from project disruptions, and advise on non-completion triggers and the enforcement of liquidated damages.
