Strutt & Parker: the spirit of true partnership
Strutt & Parker is a limited liability partnership (LLP) and is wholly owned by its 53 equity partners who run and own a share in the business. As a partnership, we have no shareholders to satisfy, only our clients. We believe that this structure - of the firm and its management - is fundamental to our belief in partnerships and creativity.
We employ over 800 staff across our network of offices.
The strategic direction of the business is managed by the board of partners, with representation from across the firm's disciplines and supported by two non-executive directors. The board sets out the objectives of the firm for the medium and long term. The board is headed by our Senior Partner, Andy Martin.
