From Odiham, take the B3349/Dunley’s Hill and in North Warnborough, take the second exit at the roundabout to stay on the B3349. At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto the A287, then at the following roundabout, take the second exit to stay on the A287. At the junction, turn left onto the A30 and continue for 3 miles before turning right onto Byfleet Avenue. Turn right onto Park Avenue and the property will be on the right.
