Strutt & Parker has today announced the appointment of Christian Swaab to Head of South West New Homes, following a six-month period acting as a consultant for the business.
Christian brings over two decades of experience in the industry, previously Head of Savills’ Country Department in Cheltenham for eight years and, more recently, operating as Knight Frank’s Head of New Homes in Devon & Cornwall.
Christian’s proven track record makes him well-placed to drive the sales and marketing of new residential developments across the south west – from the plains of Wiltshire, down to the Cornish coast. In his new role her will be working closely with Strutt & Parker’s multi-disciplinary office in Exeter, which offers residential sales, estates & farm agency, as well as land management services to its clients.
