Canterbury Estate Agents Services

View properties

Our long established Canterbury estate agents are highly experienced, and use their local knowledge to assist throughout the buying and selling process. We use our network of offices, especially those in London, to reach out to the widest possible audience when selling homes across East Kent. Many of the houses we sell are of historic interest and importance, and they are of very broad and diverse types. We sell everything from coastal and village cottages to vernacular farmhouses, and some of the county's finest country and city homes.

Canterbury, the country’s foremost Cathedral City, sits in the ‘Garden of England’ surrounded by Kent’s beautiful countryside. Within the city and across East Kent, we have some of the best educational facilities in the UK and the internationally regarded Canterbury Festival and Marlowe Theatre are at the heart of this cosmopolitan society. The Kent coastline is only ever a short drive away and much of the countryside in between is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

What our clients have to say:

A rather belated, but very heartfelt, thank-you for all the help and advice you gave me over the last year or so with regard to selling my cottage and for keeping me updated on everything that was happening. Moving day was stressful to say the least, not helped by the fear that the solicitors for my bungalow would go home at 4pm! But it's done now and apart from all the boxes still heaped up around me, everything here is good and life is much less stressful. So thanks again for all your help. You were always very professional, yet kind and approachable.
