Edward is Head of Agency – Kent and began his career in central London, selling some of the city’s most valuable homes. He has now worked in Kent for over 20 years, and is responsible for the Estate Agency business in Canterbury and Sevenoaks. As well as selling many of the county’s best homes, his team focus on selling the best examples of all types and values of house – be they small or large country homes, townhouses and flats, farms, coastal homes, or those in villages. The team focuses on adding value to the transaction and endeavours to develop strategies that meet the seller’s needs. Edward has a special focus on developing our marketing strategies and the sale of the unusual which in recent years has included the sale of a private airfield, a 12th Century Monastic building, and a cricket pitch. Born and bred in Kent, he lives in the depth of the countryside and he can find his way to most places without the need for SatNav.
