Grace Hammond

Graduate Rural Surveyor

Grace is a Graduate Rural Surveyor working across estate management and rural professional work for private and institutional clients.

  • Rural Surveying

With experience spanning estate management, agricultural stakeholder engagement and high level client support, she brings a commercially aware, organised and client focused approach to modern rural practice.

Grace graduated from Harper Adams University in 2020 with a BSc (Hons) in Rural Enterprise and Land Management, joining Strutt & Parker in April 2026. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience managing rural assets and working directly with landowners through roles at Exmoor National Park and the National Farmers’ Union. She subsequently developed exceptional stakeholder management and organisational skills while supporting Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and family offices in fast paced, operational environments.

Since joining S&P, Grace has been developing her experience across estate management, valuation and rural professional work. She is committed to building a broad technical foundation across the key disciplines of rural surveying whilst delivering professional, client focused advice and completing her APC.

Grace recently relocated to Surrey and enjoys spending time in the countryside with her dog. Outside of work, she is a keen runner and horsewoman, with a lifelong involvement in equestrian sport. Before returning to the rural sector, Grace worked aboard private and charter superyachts, travelling extensively. The experience developed the strong client service and interpersonal skills she brings to her role today.
