He has nine years of experience advising both the private and public sector regarding rural, commercial and residential assets across the South East of England. 

Tom studied Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural University and began his career working for a large regional firm in the South of England where he qualified as a Rural Chartered Surveyor. 

Tom is experienced in the management of agricultural, residential and commercial property. He has acted for a broad range of clients, including local authorities, charities, owner occupiers and private investors. 

He has specialised in providing advice on the management of rural estates with a focus on agricultural, residential and commercial portfolio management, purchase and sale, rural planning and compulsory purchase. 

He is experienced in providing valuation advice in respect of agricultural, residential and diversified commercial property and is an RICS Registered Valuer.
