James is an Associate Director providing estate management and consultancy services relating to commercial, residential and agricultural rural property throughout southern England, predominantly for a range of private clients. As an RICS Registered Valuer James also undertakes professional Red Book Valuations.
James acts for a number of clients with rural commercial property and is involved with Strutt & Parker’s Commercial Let Property Group.
Education and Qualifications
James has a degree in Rural Land Management BSc (Hons) from the Royal Agricultural University, graduating in 2017, following which he completed his professional exams in 2019 to qualify as an RICS Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the CAAV.
Personal
Having grown-up in Norfolk, James moved to Hampshire after university. He is a keen motorcycle trials rider, competing most weekends at venues across the county.
