Neil is a property consultant with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. Prior to joining Strutt & Parker he was a Director within the London Residential Development team at Hamptons International and subsequently a Partner at Knight Frank leading their Home Counties & South East Residential Development team. Since joining Strutt & Parker in 2021 he has bolstered the team in growing our market share for Land & New Homes across the Home Counties and South East. Neil specialises in the residential development sector in key country markets, providing development consultancy advice to developers and landowners. He is hands on within the sales team in securing new homes sales and is experienced in leading the sales programme from inception through to completion. He has experience dealing with a broad range of clients, including large housebuilders, SME’s and boutique developers across all price points. Neil’s clients have included Barratt, Berkeley, Shanly, Millgate, Antler, Kebbell, Octagon, Hill and Bewley among others. His experience includes involvement in a range of projects, from single unit developments through to large-scale multi-phased regeneration schemes.
