Simon was born and bred in Gerrards Cross and Chalfont St Giles. Starting his estate agency career just over thirty years ago, Simon went on to establish Roberts Newby, an award winning estate agent in the area. He operates both a sales and lettings platform for high value properties and has a land and new homes department specialising in the sale of new developments in Buckinghamshire commuter towns. Roberts Newby merged with Strutt and Parker in July 2015 with Simon becoming a full partner . He now leads the Strutt & Parker Home Counties Region.
