Elliot Taylor

Following a decade in residential estate agency Elliot has recently completed a post-graduate degree in Rural Estate and Land Management at Harper Adams University.

Joining Strutt & Parker in September 2025 Elliot brings a decade of client-facing, management, negotiation and communication experience which is now being utilised alongside practical knowledge obtained during his time at Harper Adams University. 

Since joining Strutt & Parker, Elliot has assisted on a wide range of rural estate management and professional work including valuations, drafting farming tenancies, commercial and residential rent review and agricultural property management.

Elliot’s ability to communicate effectively supports his engagement with all aspects of rural advisory work. He is continuing to build a strong practical foundation across the core disciplines of rural surveying and is committed to a high standard of service and continued personal development.
