Sarah Roberts

She manages a diverse portfolio of properties from rural to estates in Essex and South East with responsibility for the management of over 250 residential properties.

Sarah joined Strutt & Parker in June 2007, as a Lettings Administrator and progressed throughout the years to Director, responsible for the day to day running of the Lettings and Portfolio Management Team working within the Rural Department.

She works with a broad range of clients, from private landlords, rural estates and corporate landlords, across both residential lettings and property management. Day-to-day this spans residential property management, residential property compliance, residential rental valuation advice, residential lettings, and client liaison. 

Sarah’s advice has remained current and practically relevant through significant legislative change, in particular the implementation of the Renters Rights Act which required careful client communication and updated advisory approaches, and Sarah has ensured her knowledge and guidance keeps pace with a rapidly evolving policy environment.
