Coval Hall, Rainsford Road
What are your key areas of responsibility at Strutt & Parker?
Here at the Chelmsford office, I have the pleasure of being part of a hugely experienced, dynamic and vibrant team. As an associate, my role can vary day to day, from winning new instructions, negotiating offers, handling the marketing and sale of our properties to overseeing them right through to completion. I speak to both my clients and buyers on a regular basis, as I do not believe in a 2nd best service.
What’s the best thing about your job?
When you think you have done a good job but your client call in or writes in, to tell you… you have done a fabulous job and they will be referring you!
What has been your proudest moment at Strutt & Parker?
Being part of a team that doubled its turnover in 18 months.
What do you love about the county/city you work in?
Because we cover the majority of Essex, not a single day is like another; variations of people and their lifestyles that we get to meet from the country quirky cottage in the sticks, to the completely refurbished manor house in the City. Let’s not forget the incredible scenery that adapts from village to town or water front.
