Graduate Rural Surveyor
William is a graduate rural surveyor working across estate management, rural property management, landlord and tenant matters, agricultural tenancies, valuations, and property agency.
- Rural Surveying
He brings a proactive, dedicated approach to tasks and the commercial and practical awareness needed for a range of instructions that characterises the modern rural surveying space.
William graduated from the Royal Agricultural University in May 2025 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate. He then went on to go to Australia to pursue a passion in farming and to broaden his experiences before starting at Strutt & Parker in June 2026. Prior to his degree, William spent his summers working in agriculture on an estate where he built relationships with the farm manager, estate owner, and workers on the estate. William built practical experience and his current work ethic in a demanding working environment where he was faced with a diverse range of tasks, including meeting targets and deadlines, working alone and in a team, being exposed to the management of a business, farm, and estate.
Since joining Strutt & Parker, William has been working with both private and institutional clients on estate management, valuation and agency instructions. He is developing a broad practical foundation across a range of disciplines that make up the rural surveying practice. From being a part of valuation and agency projects to drafting tenancy agreements and managing properties in a client's portfolio, William is committed to his clients and ensuring they receive high-quality advice at every stage of his development
