The generousl plot is surrounded by a wealth of mature and evergreen trees and shrubbery and backs onto rolling open countryside. The wrap-around garden comprises extensive sections of landscaped level lawn and an attractive brick-laid terrace and deck, with pergolas attached to the home. Within the grounds are a wide range of established trees and herbaceous planting, along with fruit trees and a shaded wooded area.

Vendors comment 'We brought the house in 1990 as we wanted a large garden, privacy, and a sunny aspect. We also enlarged and replanned the house with a triple garage and accommodation over. The house along with the a couple of others is possibly one of the best and most imposing in the village. Most of the village properties have good veiws but Mudlins Dane House hs unencumbered, spectacular views across the Cambridgeshire downland, together with the Great Chishill Post Mill making its position unique.

Great Chishall village has always been very sociable and supportive. There is a modern Village Hall, a sports pavilion and playing fields. There is cricket, football, carpet bowls, WI, Youth club, Bridge evenings, a thriving pub also scouts, shop and post office nearby in Barley.
