Directions

From Strutt & Parker’s Guildford offices take the A3100 (High Street) north east out of town, past the London Road railway station. After 2 miles go straight over the roundabout, keeping on the A3100. Proceed, continuing straight over the next 2 roundabouts. At the 3rd rounabout take the first exit on to Clay Lane; the large Sainsburys will be on your right. Continue over the A3 and take the next left turn into Bowers Lane. Go all the way to the end before turning sharply back on yourself. The River Wey will now be on your left and the property can be found almost at the end of the lane on the right hand side.
