The original permission to build (established in 1996) is now preserved in perpetuity and has the reference number; 96/02752/FUL. A more recent application was submitted for residential development of the site under reference 17/05708/FUL for the erection of 8 dwellings. This application was subsequently refused at Appeal on the basis of principle.
