David graduated from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester and now has amassed over 35 years’ experience in the sale and purchase of farms, residential & sporting Estates. David is also a highly experienced Estate Manager having worked as a Resident Agent on two significant landed Estates.
Provides strategic Business and management advise to landed Estates and rural enterprises throughout Northern England and heading up the Estates & Farm agency department in the North. He is also a RICS Registered Valuer carrying out Valuations for loan security, taxation and accounting purposes.
He was awarded the British Empire Medal for his voluntary work in the Queens Birthday Honours list in 2018.
