Surveyor
James is a chartered surveyor and registered valuer who specialises in the valuation of rural property, estate management and project management for an institutional utility firm.

He is a hands-on surveyor who takes a solution orientated approached to situations so to gain the best outcome for his clients.
James joined Strutt & Parker as a graduate surveyor in September 2022 having completed the rural enterprise and land management degree at Harper Adams University. Whilst in this role James went on to complete his MRICS qualification and is an RICS registered valuer.
Whilst working for Strutt & Parker he has built up a broad range of clients being both institutional and private for which he understands the importance of each clients strategic direction. James has a broad skillset however his specialities are day to day estate management of both residential and agricultural properties, valuations to RICS red book standards, easement negotiations for both access and cabling alongside ad hoc rural land agency work such as sales and lettings or landlord and tenant negotiations.
