Rose Martin

She advises a range of private and institutional clients on all aspects of rural agency, combining current market knowledge with professional valuation advice.

Rose joined Strutt & Parker in May 2025 from Knight Frank where she worked as a Farm Consultant for 6 months. Rose has an undergraduate degree in Agri-Business Management from Newcastle University which has provided an extensive knowledge of the rural sector, thus improved on during a gap year post university where she worked on a dairy farm and for a contracting company in the South Island of New Zealand. She is currently furthering her knowledge by working towards her Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) exams this November.

Rose works with an array of clients, from farmers to private investors, across both buying and selling of farms and estates. This entails guiding and supporting the client from when they first pick up the phone with the idea of selling, all the way through to the completion of sale and beyond. She understands the huge financial and emotional pressure inflicted when deciding to sell property and finds great pleasure in making the process as effortless and straight forward for her clients as possible.
