James joined the Harrogate office in 2015 as the Head of residential sales. He has lived in West Yorkshire and various locations within North Yorkshire over the years. He has worked in estate agency for over 22 years for an array of major players in the industry which has given him a wealth of experience and knowledge of the market for residential sales, residential lettings, new homes and development opportunities. He has proven to be proactive and innovative at creating tailored marketing strategies to best suit individual client’s needs.
During his time at Strutt and Parker he has further developed his skills and become a specialist in private and off market sales.
