The ground floor further comprises a good sized study and a utility room.

The kitchen area is comprehensively fitted with a smart range of units, a central island, a range-style cooker, and integrated appliances, and there is ample room for a dining area and separate seating area.
The first floor is arranged to provide three suites, each comprising a bedroom, dressing room/area and en suite bathroom or shower room. There is an additional bedroom on this level whilst the upper floor is host to three further bedrooms (two with en suite shower rooms).
Outside
To the front, the garden is enclosed by a low brick retaining wall and hedging and comprises an area of lawn and a driveway providing off-road parking and leading to the garage. law. The enclosed garden to the rear is principally laid to lawn, flanked by flower/shrub beds, and features a paved patio that may be reached from both the sitting room and dining room and creates excellent al fresco dining space.
