From Banbury town centre, take the A4260/ Concord Way north towards the M40 and at the Concord Roundabout, take the third exit onto the A422/Hennef Way. Follow the A422 for just over 2 miles, before taking the second exit at the roundabout onto Mansion Hill. After 1 mile, turn right onto Rose Hall Lane and you will find the property on the left.
