With its mock-Tudor elevations, 15 Stonebridge Field is an attractive property which offers light and airy interiors, with neutral décor, and a layout ideally suited to a modern family lifestyle.

On the ground floor, the double-aspect living area is zoned to provide a relaxed seating space, with a dining area adjacent to glazed sliding doors to the garden, offering a light-filled setting for family meals and entertaining guests. Fitted with modern, white, wall and base level and attractive splashback tiling, the adjacent kitchen enjoys a pleasant outlook over the rear garden. A cloakroom and under-stairs storage complete the ground floor accommodation, whilst on the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a stylish family bathroom with contemporary tiling.

Outside

To the front of the property, a driveway provides off-road parking and affords access to the garage. There is an area of lawn in addition to a paved area that extends around to the side of the house, offering a route to the rear. The enclosed rear garden features a faux grass lawn and a paved terrace adjoining the house that provides opportunities for outdoor dining and relaxation whilst enjoying the sunny, south-easterly aspect.

Situation

Stonebridge Field is situated just moments from the day-to-day amenities on offer in Eton High Street, together with a choice of public houses, bars and restaurants, and is within easy reach, via The Eton Walkway Bridge, to Windsor town centre. Home to the Royal residence and an extensive range of retail and leisure facilities, Windsor offers high street and independent shops, coffee shops and eateries, a leisure centre, theatre, parks, tennis club and golf courses.

A wide range of sporting and leisure facilities in the vicinity include horse riding and polo in Windsor Great Park, horse racing at Windsor and Ascot, boating on the River Thames and golf at Sunningdale, The Royal Berkshire and Wentworth Courses.

Directions

Exit the M4 at Junction 6, take the exit signposted Windsor onto the A332 and continue to a large roundabout controlled by traffic lights. Take the fifth exit, effectively doubling back onto the Relief Road (signposted M4). Continue through the traffic lights and take the first exit signposted to Eton and Slough. At the roundabout, take the second exit (towards Eton) and after about 0.7 miles (having passed Eton College), turn right into Keates Lane/B3026. Continue for half a mile and turn right to join Broken Furlong and then left onto Stonebridge Field where the property will be found on the right-hand side.
