Outside

The property is approached via a long, gated gravelled driveway which provides parking for several cars. Areas of garden surround the property but lie predominantly to the east and have been left for any future buyer to create their own green haven. An additional paddock sits to the north of the house and provides ideal grazing. An outbuilding, separated into two sections, with original millstone giving a nod to the property's history, provides storage for garden equipment and offers the potential for use as a studio/hobbies room subject to the necessary consents.

The land is subject to a covernant which will restrict it
