The Edinburgh residential team specialises in the sale of premium quality properties ranging from flats to houses from the centre of the city to the suburbs. In addition, this team represents several of the city’s best known residential developers in handling the sale of new developments of flats and townhouses throughout the city.

The country house and equestrian sales team specialises in the sale of premium quality rural properties within a geographic range that includes the Lothians, Borders, Dumfries & Galloway, Fife, Perthshire, Stirlingshire, Kinross and Angus.

The estate and farm agency team specialises in selling, purchasing and valuing estates and farms throughout Scotland on behalf of clients. In addition, the team also specialise in sales, purchases and valuations in the niche sector of salmon fishings.

The North (Forth Road Bridge) by the M90/A90
The South by the A7
The South East by the A68
The East by the A1

Follow the M8 eastbound towards Edinburgh. Leave the M8 to join the Edinburgh By-pass (A720), following signs for the City Centre. Join the A8 into Edinburgh, passing the Gyle Shopping Centre on your right-hand side. Continue into Edinburgh, passing Murrayfield Stadium and Edinburgh Zoo. After passing Haymarket Station on the right-hand side, take the third left into Manor Place. Turn right into Melville Street carrying on over the roundabout. Strutt & Parker Estate Agents is located on the right-hand side.

There is pay and display parking available beside the office.

By Rail
The nearest train stations are Haymarket and Edinburgh Waverley. They are 10 minutes and 20 minutes walk respectively, from our office. For train times call 08457 484950.
